Deadlines

13 March 2026: abstract deadline to apply for a talk
Notification on acceptance/rejection: end March

30 March 2026: final registration deadline & abstract deadline for poster presenters
Notification on acceptance/rejection: mid-April

Fees

Conference registration:    EUR 200

The registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks during the symposium, attendance at the HDYDI? Workshop, and the symposium dinner at Wiener Rathauskeller.

Abstract submission (poster presenters & talk applicants):

Abstracts must be submitted separately via an online form. You will receive the link for submission after your registration in the email with your “Events order confirmation”.

Only abstracts submitted by registered participants before the specified deadline will be considered for oral or poster presentation.

Cancellation conditions:

On or before 22 April 2026: 100% refund
No refunds will be made after 22 April 2026. 

A substitute participant can be named at any time without additional costs.  Cancellation must be made in writing (GMI - Gregor Mendel Institute for Molecular Plant Biology GmbH, Dr. Bohr-Gasse 3, 1030 Vienna, martina.gsur@gmi.oeaw.ac.at) and only becomes valid upon written confirmation by the organizer
