Abstract deadline to apply for a talk / travel grant (master students): January 15, 2024

Abstract deadline for poster presenters and final registration: February 15, 2024

Abstract submission:

Note that you must upload the abstract immediately upon registration. Once uploaded, you will NOT be able to make any changes.

Abstract details: max. 2500 characters -  standard Latin alphabet only!

To withdraw or revise your abstract, please send an email.

Cancellation conditions:

Before 28 February 2024: 100% refund.

No refunds will be made after 28 February 2024.
