Registration for the 2027 SY-Stem Symposium

17-19 March at the Campus-Vienna-Biocenter, AUSTRIA

Before finalizing your order, please ensure you enter the correct billing address. We strongly recommend confirming the exact invoice requirements with your institution beforehand, as the billing address cannot be changed once an invoice has been issued.


Deadlines
January 25, 2027: abstract deadline to apply for a talk 
Notification on acceptance/rejection: mid February 

February 15, 2027: final registration deadline & abstract deadline for poster presenters 

Master students can apply for a registration fee waiver. Confirmation of the fee waiver will be sent out end of January and after the registration deadline.

Abstract submission (optional):
Abstracts must be submitted separately via an online form. You will receive the link for submission after your registration in the email with your “Events order confirmation”. 

Cancellation conditions:
Before 28 February 2027: 100% refund.
No refunds will be made after 28 February 2027.
