Abstract submission (optional):
Abstracts must be submitted separately via an online form. You will receive the link for submission after your registration in the email with your “Events order confirmation”.
Only abstracts submitted by registered participants before the specified deadline can be considered for oral or poster presentation. Due to space limitation, not being selected for a talk does not automatically guarantee a poster.
Poster information:
Poster dimensions for our magnetic boards: 70 x 100 cm. The poster must be in portrait orientation.
Cancellation conditions:
Before 22 October 2026: 100% refund.
No refunds will be made after 22 October 2026.
